Jeffrey Goldberg asks Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff the million-dollar question: does the lack of major attacks against America since 2001 mean we're winning the war against terror?

It seems to be that Goldberg is asking a very pointed question that Chertoff is dodging.

Goldberg asks multi-part questions and Chertoff picks and chooses the easiest ones. His answers are a bit too party line to take seriously. "The threats are real. But we're stopping them."
